When I was a child, I went to India many times. My grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins live there. They all like to eat food. I will tell you about one food. It is called Uthappam. It looks like a small pancake, but it is not sweet. It is made from rice batter, spinach, and onions. It is soft and warm. It is often eaten with tomato curry. The curry is a little spicy.
